On page 903, there are 3 instances of the word ‘consumption’ that should be ‘saturation’. The revised statements are as follows:




  • We used a paired t test to examine the average difference in 6-minute walk distances and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test to examine differences in before and after EECP Oxygen saturation and Duke Activity Status Index (DASI).



  • The median oxygen saturation at baseline was 97% with quartile 1 = 96% and quartile 3 = 98%. The median oxygen saturation after receiving EECP was 97% with quartile 1 = 96% and quartile 3 = 98%.
