Subclavian–axillary arterial lesions presented with upper extremity effort fatigue, coldness, discoloration, and/or painful ulceration of fingertips a little more than 6 years after irradiation for carcinoma of the breast. Stenosis, arterial ulceration, or occlusion with a paucity of collaterals characterized the affected arteries (Figure 1).
