Primary malignant tumors of the heart are rare [1], and almost all are sarcomas. Undifferentiated cardiac sarcomas primarily develop on the left side of the heart and cause signs and symptoms related to pulmonary congestion, mitral stenosis, and pulmonary vein obstruction [2]. The clinical symptoms and signs should be related with the size and location of the tumor. The tumor was on the basal ventricular septum almost obstructing LVOT causing dyspnea and pulmonary edema in our case.
