History


A 60-year old male admitted because of a syncopal episode associated with unstable blood pressure (BP).


Physical Examination


Heart was in regular sinus rhythm. No murmurs or gallops heard. There were severe fluctuations of BP ranging from systolic blood pressure (SBP) of 60–200 mmHg.
