OP-082 The Prevalence of Coronary Artery Anomalies with Coronary Computed Tomography

Aim

Coronary artery anomalies (CAA) are uncommon with a prevalence ranging from 0.17% to 1.2% of patients undergoing coronary angiography. In this study, we aimed to investigate the prevalence of various CAA, which were evaluated by 256-detector coronary computed tomography (CCT) in Turkish population.

Methods

In this retrospective study, we included 2973 patients who underwent to CCT from January 2013 to December 2015. We evaluated the high take-off RCA and LCA, RCA originated from left sinus, LCA originated from right sinus, Cx originated from right sinus, a single coronary ostium from the RCS, the circumflex artery from the distal RCA, and the RCA from the pulmonary artery.
