Mitral Valve Aneurysm


Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) confirmed the above findings and revealed an aneurysm on the anterior mitral leaflet (Figure 10.1c,d; Videoclip 10.1c,d). MR was present and flow entered but did not traverse the aneurysm (Figure 10.2; Videoclip 10.2a,b,c).
