Discussion


Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disease of unknown origin. Direct myocardial involvement occurs in 13–20% of cases of sarcoidosis. Usually cardiac lesions are local and to scattered and affect mostly the septum and ventricular free wall [1].
