Left Atrial Mass Caused by Lung Cancer


Management


He received supportive care initially; however, he developed ischemic stroke 1 week after admission. The brain CT showed right frontal lobe infarction, which was suggested due to dislodged LA mass. The patient refused operation for his LA mass and his general condition remained unchanged.
