The sentence on page 55, left column, third text paragraph, lines 24-28 of this published manuscript should read as follows:


“Three patients (5%) died from acute ST-segment elevation ACS, 9 patients (15%) were admitted for new NSTE ACS, and 2 patients (3%) underwent elective percutaneous coronary intervention for recurrence of effort angina and angiographic evidence of in-stent restenosis”.
