Transcoronary Ablation of Septal Hypertrophy in Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy


Echocardiography-guided TASH: Before TASH, target vessel was determined and ablated myocardium was quantitated by myocardial contrast. After TASH, the region of perfusion defect was matched with the region of perfusion territory of target vessel (Figure 82.2).
