PP-082 The Association of the Transposition of the Great Arteries and Ventricular Septal Defect Diagnosed with the Second Step Detailed Obstetric Ultrasound
Objective
Identification of the transposition of the great arteries (TGA) – ventricular septal defect (VSD) unity detected in intrauterine fetal cardiac ultrasound examination.
Methods
A 28-year-old asymptomatic pregnant patient continuing in the normal course of the second pregnancy. The patient was sent to the US units in our clinic for routine detailed second step examination.

Results
In the Intrauterine fetal cardiac ultrasound; anatomic cardiac four chambers were existing; the parallel location of the great vessels, the rising of the pulmonary artery; branching laterally from the left ventricule, the rising of the aorta; more cranially from the right ventricle and membranous type ventricular septum defect of the accompanying VSD were detected. The patient was reported as isolated TGA-VSD with the additional pathology and normal amniocentesis results.
