PP-064 Relationship of Admission Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio with Long Term Mortality and Morbidity in Patients Who Have Coronary Slow Flow Presented with Acute Coronary Syndrome?

Objecvtive

Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is proposed as a prognostic marker and found to be related to worse clinical outcomes in various cardiovascular diseases. In this study we tried to find out the relationship and the impact on long term mortality and morbidity between admission neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and slow coronary flow (SCF) presenting with acute coronary syndrome.

Methods

We retrospectivley evelauted 111 patients who had undergone emergency coronary angiography because of acute coronary syndrome and documented coronary slow flow.. Patients divided into three groups according to the neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio: NLR < 1.87, 1.88 <NLR< 3.87 and NLR>3.88. Other parameters such as age, sex, smoking status, diabetes or laboratory parameters (lipid consatration, troponin I,crp levels etc.) compared in all groups.
