Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Stenting

A 65-year-old woman with a history of coronary artery disease, prior coronary artery bypass graft 13 years ago, and coronary angioplasty with stent placement twice in the last 10 years developed shortness of breath and was found to have severe mitral regurgitation on echocardiography.
