Introduction


Pediatric cardiac catheterization is an invasive diagnostic and therapeutic (interventional) method in which catheter enters the heart chambers and blood vessels.




Aim


The aim was to display pediatric catheterizations in BiH, with all characteristics and importance in the treatment of congenital heart defects.

Material-Methods


The study had retrospective character, and included the period from May 1998. to January 2015. Data were collected from “The register of catheterized patients”.
