OP-042 Is Using Bipolar SIRFA Superior at the Pwave dispertion CABG Patients than the Medical Treatment




Objective


Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common sustained cardiac arrhytmia and the major source of stroke and other thrpmboembolic disease in elderly patients.




Methods


From May 2008 to December 2013 a total of 30 patients with P-wave dispertion undergoing CABG and 15 of the patients underwent the bipolar SIRFA concomitantly.
