On page 801, right-hand column, third paragraph, line 2, the printed odds ratio of 1.69 should be corrected to 1.169. Thus, the full sentence should read: “Lp(a) cholesterol itself was weakly associated with CAD (OR 1.169 per square root of Lp[a] mg/dl, 95% CI 1.00 to 1.37, p = 0.055).”
