A 63-year-old woman with dyspnea on exertion is diagnosed with degenerative mitral regurgitation due to a myxomatous mitral valve. She is referred for mitral valve surgery, and her intraoperative transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) images are shown in Videos 48-1 to 48-6 and Figures 48-1, 48-2, 48-3, 48-4, 48-5 and 48-6.
