The legend for image 4D was published as:

Histopathologic findings of moderate myocyte hypertrophy, moderate disarray, mild interstitial fibrosis and no vacuolization (hematoxylin and eosin, 100x).

The correct legend for figure 4D should state:

Histopathologic findings of severe myocyte hypertrophy, severe disarray, mild interstitial fibrosis and no vacuolization (hematoxylin and eosin, 100x).
