Grade I Normal.
Grade II Atherosclerosis: intimal thickening ≥ 3 mm.
Grade III Atherosclerosis: prothruding plaque < 4 mm.
Grade IV* Atherosclerosis: protruding plaque ≥ 4 mm.
Grade V*
